Notes:
- The subscription fee deduction for existing customers begins from the moment of the loyalty program implementation (08.01.2021). For new customers – from the moment of the first successful authorization and deduction of the subscription fee.
- All active subscribers who are individuals and have a valid contract with the company, as well as those who pay for Internet services on time (prepayment), can participate in the loyalty program.
- The cashback for the subscription fee is set automatically from each 3rd (3% discount), 6th (6% discount), 9th (9% discount) and 12th (12% discount) subscription fee charge, provided timely, continuous monthly payment.
- At the end of the 12-month progress cycle, Cashback is credited at a rate of 12%.
- Payment, according to the selected tariff plan, must be made regularly until the subscription fee is charged (the subscription fee is charged at 00:00 hours. If the subscriber has interrupted the use of the services, i.e. there was no timely payment and debit of the subscription fee on the set date and time (the day of the debit of the subscription fee at 00:00 hours), the terms of the loyalty program for this subscriber are reset. The subscription fee deduction will start again at the next debit.
- When changing the tariff plan to any current tariff, the Cashback accrual is canceled, and the subscription fee deduction starts anew.
- If the subscriber uses the "Port Reserve" service, the Cashback accrual is canceled, and the subscription fee deduction starts anew.
- All information on the subscriber's participation in the Cashback loyalty program is displayed in the subscriber's Personal Account, where you can track the subscription fee charge counter and the amount of Cashback.
- Loyalty program! For each replenishment of the subscription fee through the Apelsin payment system You get Cashback.
